“For my show, you’re going to know who [these] models [are] and what [they’ve] has accomplished,” says Nay Reynolds, founder and creative director of Lavish Vixenz. Reynolds describes her modeling agency as unique in the way it celebrates models and she sees them as family. Her upcoming model showcase “The Blackprint” on Saturday, April 18, will reflect this value by putting models front and center as the muses and main focus of the show.
“You’re going to know how to connect with [them] if you want to book. It’s more intimate. It’s more personalized. You get to see what my agency actually does and what we are about.”
While many shows place emphasis on the designer and the sale of featured clothes, Reynolds hopes that “The Blackprint” will result in her models gaining new opportunities and connections within their modeling journey. The showcase has been in the works since 2025, and Reynolds is excited for the hard work of her models to come to fruition.
“The models have really put in a lot of work,” she said. “As far as being professional, being dependable, arriving on time, they’ve really been making everything easy.”

Reynolds handpicked models for the showcase, and each featured look has been designed to uniquely represent and complement the model. Diverse sets will feature many aspects of fashion, including focuses on hair, makeup, clothing and more. Lavish Vixenz’s common thread of identity as an urban agency with a high fashion twist will be present in the creative and urban looks.
“You’re going to see curated routines, choreographed routines,” she said. “You’re going to see elevated walks. You’re going to see a lot of urban walks. It’s going to be fun. You’re going to see a different side of modeling and what all goes into making [a model] and modeling. . . The model is the muse at the end of the day.”

Reynolds also hopes that the mission of Lavish Vixenz will be represented by the showcase. She wants those who attend to understand her desire to empower the next generation of models through real experiences and to create a space where models can get started safely and have their identities embraced in an industry that can be difficult to navigate.
“I hope that people will see what my agency is rooted in and what we are about; why we move so differently than other agencies, why I chose to go the urban creative route and why I feel like my agency is the blueprint, aka the blackprint,” she said. “Whether you’re a model of color, a new model, whether you’re a trans model, whatever type of model you want to be, my agency is a safe space and I can really get them started safely.

Anticipation for the show has been high and RSVP spots are currently filled. However, Reynolds encourages anyone interested in her agency to connect with her through the Lavish Vixenz website, lavishvixenzagency.com, and Instagram account, @lavish_vixenz, to network and stay updated on content from the showcase.
