Cincinnati local Gabrielle Buckley set out to own a business that is not only kind to customers’ wellbeings, but to the environment too! In a concerted attempt to get out and properly fall in love with this city that I have been enamored with since putting roots down in the Greater Cincinnati Area in 2018, I am getting out more this summer! Not only am I in love with the city’s architecture, food, and events, but I am in love with the style that I see on people and their willingness to werk the camera!
June 16-June 19th is a celebration of black culture in the Greater Cincinnati Area! Valor and Virtue Productions put on their 2nd major fashion show, Fashion on the Fountain on June 18th.
Cincinnati is home to an immense amount of art, talent, and delicious food. A perfect opportunity to experience galleries of art, local talent and food is at the event known as Art After Dark hosted by the Cincinnati Art Museum, located in Eden Park. This event takes place from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. the last Friday of every month, excluding November and December due to the holiday season. Admission is free to the public and all ages are welcome.
This past Sunday (May 28th), Cincinnati Style Report held its first ever launch party! 27 models strut their stuff at the Woodlawn Community Center in collections from Nicole Scott, Me By Lee, and Fabletics!

It was a celebration of natural hair, melanated beauty and black excellence in fashion spaces. The AfroSwag Hair Show held at the Duke Energy Convention Center was the place to be over the weekend! Cincinnati’s most stylish showed up and showed out at this event. The models were coached by Nay Reynolds of Lavish Vixenz Modeling Agency, and some of the models from the agency were present on the runway!
One of our favorite things about the Greater Cincinnati Area is how beautifully it lights up at night. The Queen City skyline is one of the most underrated in the entire country (in our very humble and probably biased opinion). These Images were taken at the beautiful Hotel Covington on March 18th of 2020.
